Catering Information
PAYMENT FOR LUNCHES
BBEC operates a cashless payment system, meaning that all payments for school lunches, educational visits, and other school-related activities are made electronically. As a result, students should not need to bring cash into school.

Like many schools, including several of our feeder primary schools, we use ParentPay, a secure online payment platform that enables parents and carers to make payments quickly and easily. Students can continue to check their meal balances, and parents and carers can monitor purchases made through their accounts.

If you require any assistance with setting up or accessing your ParentPay account, please do not hesitate to contact our Administration Team.

ALLERGEN INFORMATION

Allergen Policy BBEC
Please can you ensure if your child has an allergy or food intolerance, they MUST ALWAYS ask our catering team about ingredients prior to purchasing or consuming any food or drink. Our knowledgeable catering staff will be able to assist students with which products may be affected by your child’s allergy
NUT ALLERGY
We ask that students do not bring products containing nuts or traces of nuts into school. Thank you for your cooperation
FIZZY DRINKS AND ENERGY DRINKS
Fizzy drinks and energy drinks are not permitted in school. If a student brings these items onto the school site, they will be confiscated and disposed of.

LUNCH MENUS
The menus operate on a six-week cycle that simply run week one to week six and then start again at week one.
